Privacy Policy — 365nails WhatsApp Sales Copilot

365nails WhatsApp Sales Copilot ("the Extension") is an internal tool used by the 365nails sales team to assist with customer conversations on WhatsApp Web. It is distributed privately to authorized 365nails sales staff and is not offered to the general public.

What data the Extension accesses

Only when a signed-in sales rep explicitly clicks actions in the Extension panel on https://web.whatsapp.com, the Extension reads: the current chat title and the most recent visible messages; the contact's phone number when available; customer details the rep enters (name, country, company, product interest, quantity, budget, tags, notes, follow-up date); and the rep's chosen identity. The Extension does not read chats in the background, does not auto-scan the full chat list, and does not access other websites.

How the data is used

• Generate customer analysis, suggested reply drafts, and translations.
• Save the customer record to the company's shared customer pool.
• Produce internal usage and sales reports.

Where the data goes

• Company API & database. Data is sent over HTTPS to the company's own API and stored in the company's own database (PostgreSQL / Supabase), used solely for the sales operations above.
• Third-party AI provider (currently DeepSeek), if enabled. When an AI API key is configured, relevant chat text and customer context are sent to the configured AI provider (currently DeepSeek) to generate analysis, drafts, and translations. If no key is configured, local rule-based logic is used and no data leaves the company API.
• We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Local storage & permissions

The Extension stores panel state in the browser's chrome.storage.local on the rep's device. Permissions: storage (remember settings), host access to web.whatsapp.com (read the open chat, insert drafts), and host access to the company API origin (send/receive the data above).

Data retention & contact
